Benchmark delivered design and construction services for stormwater retention ponds at Plaine Magnien and Mare Tabac to manage runoff, reduce flooding, and control erosion. Works included excavation, embankment protection, inlet/outlet structures, grading, and swale lining. Deliverables comprised site surveys, hydrological analysis, engineering designs, drawings, bills of quantities, cost estimates, tender documents, and construction supervision with quality control.
