Benchmark Consulting Engineers is supporting the Beach Authority in developing Beach Management Plans for Poste La Fayette and Le Bouchon. The work includes coastal assessments, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable strategies to address erosion and improve public facilities. Deliverables comprise baseline and final reports, conceptual layouts, monitoring frameworks, cost estimates, and an implementation plan.
