Benchmark acted as Project Manager and Project Engineer for residential morcellements, including Beau Vallon, managing the full development cycle from planning and design to construction supervision. Scope included masterplan and plot layout design, infrastructure engineering, regulatory approvals, tender documentation, quality control, and overall project management to deliver well-planned, fully serviced residential developments.
