Social housing units

Benchmark Consulting Engineers served as lead consultant for the New Social Living Development (NSLD) housing project at Riche Terre, Notre Dame, and Pointe aux Piments, delivering a total of 600 residential units as part of a national housing programme. The scope covered full consultancy services, including the design of housing units and infrastructure, utility network planning, project management, tender documentation, contractor coordination, site supervision, and preparation of final as-built drawings. The developments also incorporated access roads, drainage systems, and all associated civil works.
