MITD Building – Beau Vallon
The Mauritius Institute for Training and Development (MITD) Training Centre at Beau Vallon comprises seven blocks (A to G) with a total area of approximately 7,383 m², housing technical workshops, classrooms, an IT lab, administrative offices, a canteen, a training restaurant, and ancillary facilities. Designed to enhance vocational and technical education, the project saw Benchmark providing structural and civil engineering services alongside full project management.
