The Jinfei Hotel Project, officially named the Maritim Lambent Hotel, is a flagship luxury development within the Jinfei Smart City, comprising a 5-star hotel and serviced apartments in twin towers linked by an elevated sky bridge. Designed to attract international tourism, particularly from the Chinese market, the complex offers premium amenities such as a rooftop pool, spa, retail spaces, and executive suites. Benchmark’s role included concept design and preparation of tender documents.
Noom Hotel Conakry – Guinea
Noom Hotel Conakry in Guinea is a modern business hotel offering guest rooms, conference facilities, dining areas, and recreational amenities, all designed to international standards for both corporate and leisure travellers. Benchmark’s contribution focused on providing the structural design for the development.
Stella Resort
The Stella Resort Project encompasses the construction of tree houses, room blocks, and villas on a 105,522 sqm site near Îlot Fortier. Benchmark’s scope included structural design of apartment blocks, geotechnical investigations, and the design of infrastructure facilities.
