Les Moulins de La Cité Ltée established a modern flour milling factory on a 10.7-hectare site in Mauritius’ JinFei Zone, designed primarily for export with an annual production capacity of 60,000 MT of flour. The facility includes 33,600 m² of advanced cold and dry warehouse spaces. Benchmark provided structural and civil engineering services along with comprehensive project management.
