Eden Village Cultural Centre
The Eden Village Cultural Centre at Jinfei is a multifunctional facility supporting cultural exchange and community development, with halls, exhibition spaces, landscaped areas, and infrastructure. Benchmark Ltd acted as lead consultant, providing full architectural and engineering design and construction supervision to ensure quality, functionality, and regulatory compliance.
SLOI – Riche Terre
Benchmark was engaged to provide global consultancy services for a 4,000 sqm warehouse located in the Riche Terre industrial zone. The scope included project management and master planning, structural assessment of existing members, civil and structural design, as well as supervision and preparation of a cost plan.
SANS shop
This project involves a 1,400 sqm shop integrated within a factory located in Beau Vallon, South region. The building stands 15 meters high. Benchmark provided structural and civil engineering services along with project management.
