Benchmark Consulting executed earthworks on a 12,700 m² section of a 5.67-acre plot at Green Technopark, Technopole. The scope included cut and fill operations, excavation to formation level according to engineer’s drawings, stockpiling of topsoil and excavated materials in designated areas, and site coordination to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
NSLD – Verdun
Benchmark Consulting executed earthworks for the NSLD Project at Verdun, preparing paved areas and parking zones through removal of unsuitable materials, ground improvement, and compaction per geotechnical specifications. Deliverables included excavation, rockfill replacement, embankment formation, layered compaction, backfilling, and soil testing.
