NSLD – Riche terre , Pointe aux Piments & Notre Dame
Benchmark Consulting Engineers managed the design, hydraulic modelling, and supervision of cold water networks for three NSLD housing developments—Pointe aux Piments, Riche Terre, and Notre dame —serving 820 residents across 200 units and a community centre. Using WaterCAD, HDPE pipe networks (DN63–DN110 mm) with DN200 mm mains were optimised for 200 m³/day demand, ensuring pressures above 1.5 bar. Deliverables included network design, drawings, construction supervision, quality assurance, and testing.
