Benchmark handled the structural design and detailing of a custom commercial and operational facility for Wenseng International Co. Ltd in Coromandel. The building combines workshops, storage, offices, and a showroom, featuring curtain wall glazing, granite cladding, and aluminium panels. Benchmark provided full structural, architectural, and MEP design services, ensuring building integrity and functionality, along with the BLUP application.
