Services included design, compliance, quality assurance, site flow mapping, drainage analysis, and geotechnical assessment.

Benchmark Consulting Engineers Ltd provides civil and structural engineering for Storsun Ltd’s renewable energy project in Mauritius, comprising four solar plants and a 43 MWh battery storage system across 290,711 m² with ~30,000 PV panels. Deliverables include structural and foundation designs, access roads, drainage systems, and geotechnical investigations.




Benchmark Consulting Engineers Ltd partnered with GreenYellow Ltd on the 13.86 MWp Arsenal Solar Farm in Pamplemousses, covering 15 ha and producing ~20 GWh annually. Deliverables included structural and foundation designs, access roads, drainage systems, and geotechnical analysis.

For multiple photovoltaic and energy storage farm projects, Benchmark Consulting Engineers Ltd conducted detailed site analyses using ArcMAP to evaluate existing flow paths and assess drainage impacts. Designs for soakaways and French drains were developed in line with LDA recommendations, with geotechnical findings incorporated to validate the overall design.
